- Full rekey — up to four exterior deadbolts and handlesets, all keyed alike so one key opens every door
- Smart lock install — keypad or Bluetooth smart lock on your front door, set up with your codes
- Optional wall safe — small or medium residential safe installed in a closet or built-in location
- Walkthrough — we show you how the locks work, how to add or change codes, and how to manage access for housekeepers, contractors, or family

Why new homeowners call us first
You don't know who has copies of the old keys. The previous owner, their realtor, their contractors, their cleaning service, their dog walker — every one of them may have had a key. Rekeying invalidates all of those copies on day one.
Adding a smart lock takes that one step further — codes can be created, shared, and revoked on demand, so when a contractor needs access for a week, they get a code that only works for that week.
